• For every referral that we are able to qualify for our rent to own program, we will pay $1000 upon tenant move-in.

• Realtors/mortgage brokers: If we currently own the property, we will pay $1000 upon qualified tenant move-in. If we do not currently own the property, we will utilize your services to find and purchase the home that the tenant/buyer qualifies for.
